Flat-Rate Mediations
Mediation is a structured process designed to resolve disputes amicably, with the help of a neutral third party. At KitsSolutions, we offer flat-rate mediation services, allowing you to focus on your issues rather than worrying about escalating fees. Our skilled family law mediators will work with both parties to facilitate open communication, identify common ground, and develop mutually agreeable solutions. If a settlement is reached, the mediator will assist you in drafting an agreement that has the same force as a court order. This service is ideal for those looking to maintain control over the outcome while avoiding the emotional burden of court. The flat-rate mediation rates for our mediators are:

Carmen Alvarez Gomez - $3,500
Amber Cheema - $3,000
Collaborative Divorce
Divorce doesn’t have to be a battle. With our collaborative divorce services, both parties commit to working together–alongside their respective lawyers to reach a fair settlement. Unlike traditional divorce where the rigid positions of parties are entrenched, the collaborative process fosters a cooperative environment where your family’s needs are prioritized. One of the key features of collaborative divorce is the commitment to stay out of court. If either party decides to go to court, both lawyers must withdraw, creating a strong incentive for both parties to work collaboratively towards a resolution. This service is ideal for those who are willing to work together to reduce conflict in the separation process, promote common goals, and prioritize the well-being of their children. Services are currently being offered by Amber Cheema at her hourly rate:

Consulting Services
Legal issues can be complex, but that doesn’t mean you need full legal representation at every step. Our unbundled legal services allow you to choose specific legal tasks where you need assistance, giving you flexibility and control to manage your case on your terms and minimize costs. Whether you need help drafting legal documents, understanding court procedures, or preparing for a specific hearing, you can select the services that align with your needs. For clients who are comfortable handling their cases but want support for specific court appearances, we offer representation on an as-needed basis. This service is ideal for clients who are willing to take on parts of their case, but require support and guidance in some areas. Our fees are based on the hourly rates of our staff and lawyers:

Celia Taylor- $275/hr
Jennifer Buckley- $200/hr (drafting/reviewing documents only)
Legal Coaching
Legal coaching is an empowering service that gives you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to handle your legal matters effectively. Whether you’re representing yourself in a family law case or simply want to be more informed, our legal coaching service provides you with the guidance and support you need to succeed. We’ll work with you to understand your goals, identify the challenges that you are facing, and develop a strategic plan to achieve the best possible outcome. Our coaching includes education on relevant legal principles, procedures, and best practices for navigating your legal issues. Legal coaching isn’t just a one-time service. We offer ongoing support as your case progresses, providing you with advice and feedback on the new challenges that come up. Legal coaching is ideal for those who want to take charge of their legal matters, save on legal fees, and ensure they’re fully prepared to represent themselves effectively. Coaching services will be provided by our paralegal Jennifer Buckley, with two fee options available:
Jennifer Buckley- $200/hr
OR
A monthly subscription fee of $650 plus tax
Note: legal advice will not be provided during legal coaching sessions. If you require legal advice, you will be referred to a lawyer to receive this.
